[2] Take the Shape Tool select this one.

[3] Then take the Gradient Tool use these settings.


[4] Make the new layer, create a shape take the Gradient Tool and fill the selection.

[5] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool, create a shape then hit the Delete key on your keyboard.

[6] Go to Filter>Texture>Texturizer use these settings.


[7] Now press Cntl+T, Transform selection to Rotate your shape.

[8] Go to Blending Option select the Drop Shadow.


[9] Create another shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool, make the new layer and fill the selection with this color 840000.

[10] Take the Text Tool create some text.

[11] Cntl+Click on the text Text to make a selection, then delete the Text Layer, you have only see the selection now hit the Delete kye on your keyboard.


[12] Press Cntl+T, Transform selection to Rotate your shape.

[13] Change the Blending Mode to Multiply.


[14] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.

[15] Make the new layer Take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[16] Take the Pen Tool again then right click to select the Stroke Path use these settings.


[17] Now take the Eraser Tool to erase this area as shown image below.

[18] Select the Image layer, go to Filter>Render>Lense Flare use these setings.
